How Alert Advance Works

Your lightweight, waterproof help button comes with the option of a necklace or wristband. To contact our monitoring center, push the button. You will then be able to speak to a Care Specialist using the two-way voice feature in the medical alert console. The button can communicate with the console from up to 400 feet away.

The monitoring center operates 24/7 in a secure facility with back-up power and telecommunications equipment. All calls are answered by CSAA certified Care Specialists who undergo rigorous training and only work on personal emergency calls.

One Care Specialist will stay on the line with you while another contacts your family, neighbors and EMS according to your personal emergency contact plan. The Care Specialist will remain on the line with you until help arrives.
